Quickstart

Easily get started with Coconut Grid by following these steps.

Installation

Install Coconut Grid from the Salesforce AppExchange. Go to the Coconut Grid listing and click Get It Now to install in Production or Sandbox.

Licensing

After installation, assign a license to each user. In Setup → Installed Packages, find Coconut Grid and click Manage Licenses to add users.

Permission Sets

Assign the appropriate permission set to users:

• Coconut Grid User – access to folders, items, tabs, and core features.

• Coconut Grid Administrator – includes Coconut Grid User plus admin features and the Settings tab.

In Setup → Permission Sets, open the permission set and use Manage Assignments.

New Item

Create your first data grid item to start using Coconut Grid.

1. Go to the Coconut Grid tab.

2. Click New Item icon button.

3. Enter the required details.

4. Save and open the item to view your data grid.

Behavior details

• Users need both a License and a Permission Set to access Coconut Grid.
