Items
Each item belongs to a folder and can contain one or more child tabs.
Item list
Shows all items in the selected folder.
Hover an item to open the popover icon button for actions (Edit / Clone / Move / Delete).
Clicking an item opens it with its child tabs.
New Item
Create a new item and its child tab for the selected Salesforce object.
At the bottom of the sidebar on the app page, click the New Item icon button, the New Item modal opens.
Edit Item
Edit an existing item’s details.
In the item list of a folder, hover over the item you want to edit.
Click the open popover icon button.
In the popover menu, click Edit, the Edit Item modal opens.
Clone Item
Create a new item by cloning the details of an existing item.
In the item list of a folder, hover over the item you want to edit.
Click the open popover icon button.
In the popover menu, click Clone, the Clone Item modal opens.
Move Item
Change the folder location of an existing item.
In the item list of a folder, hover over the item you want to edit.
Click the open popover icon button.
In the popover menu, click Move, the Move Item modal opens.
Delete Item
Delete an item from its folder.
In the item list of a folder, hover over the folder you want to edit.
Click the open popover icon button.
In the popover menu, click Delete, the Delete Item modal opens.
Input Fields
Item Name (required) The display name for the item.
Item ID (read-only) The item record ID. Cannot be changed.
Owner (required) The user who owns the item.
Buttons
Save
Save the item with the changes.
On success: the saved item appear in the item list. The modal closes.
Delete
Deletes the item and all its child tabs.
On success: the item is removed from the folder’s item list. The modal closes.
Cancel
Closes the modal without saving changes.
Behavior details
Default data grid columns are the name field, Last Modified Date, and 5 random fields from the selected Salesforce object.
The clone includes the item and all child tabs.
Users without item access will not see the item or search or delete.
Users without access to the chosen folder will not see the cloned item or search.
If user does not have permission to edit the item, the modal title changes to View Item, all input fields are read-only, and the Save button is disabled.
